1st Record: Dana Point/CA/San Juan Creek lagoon (1986, Swift et al. 1994. Estuarine occurrance may depend on rainfall. The fish were absent in the lagoon in 1991, but did occur further upstream), 1st Record: CA/San Diego Creek, upper Newport Bay (Swift et al. 1994, estuarine occurrance may depend on rainfall)
