Geographic Extent

Maizuru, Kyoto Province, Honshu/Japan/Sea of Japan (Uitinomi 1970); 'Nokozima, in Hakata'/Japan/Sea of Japan (Utinomi 1970). 'In the pre-war time, this barnacle was the most predominant, rather than B. amphitrite, of fouling barnacles in bays and harbors, but now apparently not found on the Japan Sea Coast' (Utinomi 1970).
