Invasion Description
1st Record: Para state/Brazil/Amazon River Delta; Colares, Para state/Brazil/Amazon River Delta (2003, 8 specimens, including 4 females with eggs, Cintra et al. 2003). Hatchery production started in the stae of Para in 1985. Populations are well-established in the Amazon coastal region (Iketani et al. 2016).
